Our Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist

Marisa Palandri was born and raised in Oregon. She completed her undergraduate degree at Portland State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Pacific University in 2011. Since then, she has worked for Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia, helping adults and teenagers with spinal cord injuries, strokes, and brain injuries learn how to regain their independence. She has also worked for local Oregon hospitals in both the hospital and outpatient settings.

Her passion has always been helping clients with neurological injuries or illnesses return to their community safely whether that be back to work, school, or driving. She earned her certified driver rehabilitation specialty in 2018 to be able to help those same clients with neurologic injuries. She is the Executive Director of Bridges and has big dreams for our growth and future, helping give more access to driving evaluations and specialty training for individuals all over the state of Oregon.

In her free time, Marisa enjoys cuddling up with her dog, hiking with her brother (but much more slowly), and dragging her husband to all the Christmas lights, hot air balloons and other festivals (hello Cannon Beach sand castle building competition) she can find around Oregon.

Bridges IRS documents, Board Minutes, Bylaws, and Conflict of Interest Policies are available upon request
