When I went into it, I didn't know what to expect. But Marisa explained everything very thoroughly, including the written part, so I understood. When I did the driving portion of the evaluation, I was a little apprehensive, but Marisa put my mind at ease. I was very comfortable just driving like I normally drive. She was so positive. I didn’t know how my evaluation would be I mean the way it would be presented. I was a bit nervous when I answered my front door until Marisa introduced herself met my family and with her way of talking in a calm positive way I was ok and ready to take my test. During the test she explained everything very well and told me what was the important parts of the test what counted the most and what was timed and what wasn’t. During the driving part of it I was excited because I hadn’t driven in almost a year. She took me to an empty parking lot so I could familiarize myself with the car, this was a big help. Marisa wasn’t loud or pushy she gave instructions in a nice way so I could understand them. I couldn’t be happier now my life is back on track and I’m able to do things that are very important to me.
